I started Beaconclicks because I kept watching businesses owners lose clients to competitors who looked more professional online, not because they were better, but because they had a website and the client did not.

I have spent years understanding exactly what makes customers trust a business online. What makes them stay on a page. What makes them click the WhatsApp button. I build all of that into every project.

The principles behind every project

Strategy before design

Every project starts with understanding your customer - not choosing colours. I ask who is visiting, what they are afraid of, and what they need to see before they trust you. Then I design around the answers.

Speed without shortcuts

7-day delivery is possible because I have a proven process - not because I skip steps. You see a wireframe before I build anything. You approve it. Then it goes fast.

Fast-loading thinking

I test every site on a cheap Android phone with mobile data - not a MacBook on WiFi. Because that is how your customer sees it. WhatsApp on every page. Fast load times. Messaging that speaks to buyers.

You own everything

At handover, every login credential, every file, and every piece of content is fully yours. I do not hold websites hostage. If you leave, everything comes with you.

Honest communication

If a landing page is all you need, I tell you. If your idea will not work, I say so early - not after you have paid. I would rather lose a project than deliver something that does not serve you.

Long-term thinking

I offer maintenance and hosting because I want your website to still be working in 3 years. A site that goes live and then rots is not something I am proud of, regardless of how good it looked at launch.
